• Establishes the "Perfluoroalkyl and Polyfluoroalkyl Chemicals Consumer Protection Act" to phase out intentionally added PFAS chemicals in consumer products sold in Colorado.

• Prohibits sale or distribution of carpets/rugs, fabric treatments, food packaging, juvenile products, and oil/gas products containing intentionally added PFAS chemicals effective January 1, 2024.

• Requires cookware manufacturers to label products containing intentionally added PFAS chemicals and provide information about why the chemicals are added, including bilingual warnings in English and Spanish effective January 1, 2024.

• Phases out cosmetics, indoor textile furnishings, and indoor upholstered furniture containing intentionally added PFAS chemicals by January 1, 2025; outdoor versions banned by January 1, 2027.

• Restricts use of Class B firefighting foam containing PFAS chemicals beginning January 1, 2024, requiring containment, proper storage, documentation, and reporting of releases to the water quality spills hotline, with exceptions for federal aviation and military requirements.
