Extends the Food Pantry Assistance Grant Program by repealing the June 30, 2023 expiration date and setting a new repeal date of July 1, 2024.

Appropriates $3,000,000 from the general fund to the Department of Human Services for the 2022-23 state fiscal year to support food pantries and food banks in purchasing foods that meet their clients' needs following the COVID-19 pandemic.

Requires grant recipients to purchase food that is either a Colorado agricultural product or an agricultural product with cultural significance to indigenous peoples or other cultural groups, to the extent practicable.

Allows the state department to award up to $100,000 annually to a nonprofit entity to provide technical assistance to grant recipients for training and helping food pantries locate and purchase Colorado agricultural products.

Excludes hunger-relief charitable organizations from eligibility as grant recipients.
