Requires copies of the resolution be sent to Stan Cass's family, Ault Mayor Rob Piotrowski and the Ault Board of Trustees, Weld County Board of County Commissioners, and the West Greeley Conservation District

Honors Colonel Stan Cass, a U.S. Army officer born in Briggsdale in 1933 who developed the Hellfire missile and helped over 1,500 veterans travel to Washington, D.C. through the Honor Flight Northern Colorado program
