Amends Colorado law governing proxy voting in common interest communities to clarify that a proxy terminates 11 months after its date unless the proxy itself indicates an earlier termination date.

Allows unit owners in multi-owner units to vote or protest the casting of votes by other owners through a duly executed proxy.

Requires actual notice of revocation to the person presiding over an association meeting to revoke a proxy; voids any proxy that is not dated or claims to be revocable without notice.

Takes effect 90 days after final adjournment of the general assembly, subject to referendum petition provisions, and applies to unit owners' association meetings occurring on or after the effective date.
