SB22-061 Summary

• Adds the Office of Saving People Money on Health Care (created by Executive Order B 2019 003) to the definition of "department" under the SMART Government Act in Colorado Revised Statutes 2-7-202.

• Requires the Office of Saving People Money on Health Care to develop and publish performance management system components and performance plans on official websites, effective no later than August 1 and July 1 annually.

• Mandates the office publish annual performance reports by November 1 each year, including summaries of performance plans and evaluations, limited to a maximum of four pages.

• Prohibits the Office of State Planning and Budgeting from editing any information provided by the Office of Saving People Money on Health Care for website publication.
