Amends Colorado Revised Statutes 30-20-803 to authorize boards of county commissioners to remove cemetery district directors for cause after providing notice and a public hearing opportunity.

Standardizes director terms to six years for each director going forward, replacing the previous staggered system of two, four, and six-year initial terms.

Requires all special and regular meetings of cemetery district boards to be held within district boundaries or within 20 miles of district boundaries, with exceptions only by board resolution and agenda notice.

Takes effect 12:01 a.m. on the day following the 90-day period after final adjournment of the general assembly, subject to potential referendum petition and voter approval in November 2022.
