CO SB142

Repeals Colorado Revised Statutes Section 11-59-105, which established the Colorado Municipal Bond Supervision Advisory Board, effective immediately upon passage.

Eliminates the board's 20-member composition including three general assembly members, municipal securities broker-dealers, county and municipal representatives, special district representatives, and public members with municipal financing experience.

Amends Section 11-59-120 to remove references to the eliminated board from the effective date provisions while maintaining other securities commissioner rule-making authority effective July 1, 1991.

Takes effect at 12:01 a.m. the day after the 90-day period following final adjournment of the general assembly, unless subject to a referendum petition filed within that period.
