• Authorizes reimbursement to the Division of Fire Prevention and Control for technical assistance related to waste tire fire prevention, including development of educational materials and review of fire prevention plans.

• Appropriates $77,780 from the waste tire fund to the Department of Public Health and Environment for waste tire program administration and cleanup enforcement for fiscal year 2022-23.

• Appropriates $77,780 to the Department of Public Safety (reappropriated from CDPHE) for fire prevention and control operations, including $44,680 for 0.5 FTE personal services, $23,433 for operating expenses, and $9,667 for vehicle lease payments.
