Creates a new United States Space Force special license plate available to serving members, honorably discharged veterans, discharged LGBT veterans, and retired members of any component of the U.S. Space Force.

Plate design must indicate the owner is a veteran, reserve member, or active member of the United States Space Force.

Applicants must submit a DD214 form issued by the U.S. government or other sufficient evidence demonstrating Space Force service or membership to obtain the plate.

Department of Revenue must begin issuing the Space Force license plate on or before January 1, 2023.

Appropriates $23,278 for fiscal year 2022-23: $18,258 from the general fund and $5,020 from the license plate cash fund to cover system maintenance, technology services, and plate ordering.
