Senate Bill 22-223 Summary

• Allows motor vehicle dealers and used motor vehicle dealers to conduct specific business activities away from their principal place of business without violating licensing requirements

• Permits dealers to deliver vehicles for test drives, deliver or obtain documents, and deliver completed vehicles to customers at locations other than their principal place of business

• Prohibits the state from denying, suspending, or revoking a dealer's license based solely on these off-site activities as long as dealers maintain a principal place of business open during reasonable business hours
