Excludes retail establishments whose primary method of selling goods or services is through automatic renewal contracts from the requirement to accept United States currency.

Requires retail establishments with multiple points of sale at a single address to accept U.S. currency, including federal reserve notes, at no fewer than one point of sale.

Defines "retail establishment" as a business offering or selling goods or services to consumers at a Colorado location with a physical building address.

Adds section 11-61-102 to the list of state laws the Colorado Attorney General may enforce through civil and criminal actions.

Takes effect 12:01 a.m. the day after the ninety-day period following final adjournment of the general assembly, or if a referendum petition is filed, upon voter approval at the November 2022 general election.
