Requires all student identification cards issued after August 1, 2023, by public or private postsecondary schools to include the phone number and text talk number for Colorado Crisis Services and the national 988 suicide and crisis lifeline number.

Allows schools to optionally include information about other available crisis services and local campus crisis and suicide prevention numbers on identification cards.

Exempts schools from reprinting or reissuing identification cards in use before August 1, 2023, but requires distribution of crisis service information to all students at the beginning of each semester or trimester until all cards contain the required information.

Requires schools that do not issue or use student identification cards to distribute the crisis service phone numbers and text talk numbers to all students at the beginning of each semester or trimester.

Cites Colorado Department of Public Health data showing 1,290 suicides among young adults ages 19 to 24 between 2003 and 2017 as justification for increasing awareness of mental health resources among postsecondary students.
