Amends the definition of "child-occupied facility" under Colorado lead-based paint abatement regulations in CRS 25-7-1102(2)(a)(III)

Reduces the minimum duration requirement for child visits from six hours to three or more hours per visit

Maintains the requirement that visits occur on two or more days within any calendar week (Sunday through Saturday)

Includes a safety clause declaring the act necessary for immediate preservation of public peace, health, or safety
