• Install a new pump and pump house, overhaul the irrigation system, and grade and improve roads to and within the bare-root tree and shrub growing fields.

• Purchase a new seed storage cooler to improve capacity, security, and energy efficiency of seed storage.

• Purchase two refrigerated box trucks to improve delivery timeliness and eliminate costs of renting delivery vehicles.

• Appropriate $5,000,000 for fiscal year 2022-23 and $5,382,500 for fiscal year 2023-24 to the Colorado State University System for the forest service tree nursery improvements, with unspent funds available through fiscal year 2024-25.

• The statute governing these improvements and appropriations repeals January 1, 2026.
