Creates a two-year Apprenticeship Navigator Pilot Program within the Office of Future of Work to increase awareness of registered apprenticeship programs among high school students and participation by individuals ages 18-25.

Establishes two full-time apprenticeship navigator positions: one assigned to a rural school district and one to a non-rural school district, each selected by the Office and lacking existing apprenticeship navigator positions.

Requires navigators to develop informational materials about registered apprenticeship programs and hold awareness events for parents and students in their assigned school districts.

Directs the Office to create an apprenticeship job board on its website marketed to high school students and explore incorporating apprenticeship programs into state career planning tools.

Appropriates $342,638 to the Department of Labor and Employment for fiscal year 2023-24 and $44,000 to the Department of Education; program automatically repeals January 1, 2027.
