Allows multiple regional navigation campuses to be built or acquired in Denver metropolitan area (changes from singular to plural) to respond to and prevent homelessness.

Changes the date by which division may use unexpended or unencumbered funds from June 30, 2024 to June 30, 2023 for local government affordable housing development incentives grant program.

Excludes the regional navigation campuses cash fund from cash fund reserve limitations in statute.
