• Requires hospitals to present community health needs assessment priorities, solicit public input on additional priorities, review and incorporate feedback before finalizing implementation plans, and submit detailed meeting reports to the state department and public website.

• Establishes state department review every three years comparing community-identified priorities to hospital spending, with reports including estimated federal and state income tax exemptions plus property tax exemptions for each hospital calculated by the Department of Revenue.
