Submits to Colorado voters on November 5, 2024, a ballot measure to amend Section 13 of Article II of the Colorado Constitution to permit concealed handgun carrying statewide.

Allows persons age 21 or older who are legally permitted to possess a handgun under federal and state law to carry a concealed handgun anywhere in Colorado, except in areas prohibited by state law.

Authorizes the General Assembly to prohibit concealed carry in three specific locations: places where firearms are prohibited by federal law, public K-12 school property, and public buildings with permanent security personnel and weapons screening at all entrances.

Removes the existing constitutional language that prohibited carrying concealed weapons, replacing it with the new concealed carry authority.

Requires at least 55 percent voter approval for the amendment to become part of the state constitution.
