Repeals the EPIC (Evidence-Based Practices Implementation for Capacity) Advisory Board effective September 1, 2023, implementing a 2022 sunset report recommendation by the Department of Regulatory Agencies.

Removes statutory provisions establishing the board's composition (5 minimum members from state departments), meeting requirements (4 times per year), and administrative support.

Eliminates the board's role in supporting evidence-based practices implementation and maintaining structural implementation components within the division.

Removes the EPIC advisory board from Colorado's sunset review schedule in section 2-3-1203, C.R.S.

Takes effect 90 days after final adjournment of the general assembly, subject to referendum petition procedures.
