Repeals the September 1, 2023 sunset date for the sexual misconduct advisory committee established in Colorado Revised Statutes section 23-5-147, allowing the committee to continue operating.

Removes the sexual misconduct advisory committee from the list of advisory committees scheduled for repeal under Colorado's sunset review law (section 2-3-1203).

Implements recommendations from the 2022 sunset report by the Department of Regulatory Agencies regarding continuation of the committee.

Takes effect 90 days after final adjournment of the general assembly, or upon voter approval if subject to a referendum petition during that period.
