• Provides supplemental appropriations to the Colorado Department of Early Childhood for fiscal year beginning July 1, 2022, amending two prior appropriation bills (HB 22-1329 and HB 22-1295).

• Increases Early Learning Access and Quality funding from $700,638 to $950,638, including $250,000 for Universal Preschool Payment Processing.

• Modifies Community and Family Support funding, reducing Early Intervention from $79,446,457 to $77,866,313 while maintaining Home Visiting at $26,790,628.
