SB 23-127: Department of Personnel Supplemental Appropriation

• Appropriates supplemental funds to the Colorado Department of Personnel for fiscal year 2022-23, amending Part XVI of the 2022 budget with total appropriations of $236,012,965

• Allocates $24,105,370 in General Fund and $11,816,577 in cash funds to various department divisions including Executive Director's Office, Human Resources, Capital Assets, and Administrative Courts

• Authorizes the Department to enter into financed purchase agreements of up to $37,000,000 for vehicle replacements and additions over a period of up to ten years for the 2022-23 fiscal year

• Provides supplemental appropriations for fiscal year 2021-22 to the Division of Capital Assets Fleet Management Program, with total appropriations of $222,994,749

• Includes a safety clause declaring the appropriation necessary for immediate preservation of public peace, health, and safety
