Amends the fiscal year 2022-23 appropriation to the Colorado Department of Public Safety in Session Laws 2022, chapter 507 (HB 22-1329), Part XVIII.

Modifies funding allocations across multiple divisions including the Executive Director's Office, Colorado State Patrol, Division of Fire Prevention and Control, Division of Criminal Justice, Colorado Bureau of Investigation, and Division of Homeland Security and Emergency Management.

Total appropriation adjusted to $567,232,805 with $196,594,096 from General Fund, $254,166,808 from Cash Funds, $47,434,771 from Reappropriated Funds, and $69,037,130 from Federal Funds.

Includes specific adjustments to personnel services, operating expenses, equipment, vehicle leases, and various grant and fund allocations throughout the department.

Declares the act necessary for immediate preservation of public peace, health, and safety under the safety clause provision.
