Removes the Health Equity Commission from the September 1, 2023 sunset repeal date in Colorado Revised Statutes 2-3-1203(14)(a)(I).

Extends the Health Equity Commission's statutory authorization to September 1, 2029 by adding it to the list of advisory committees with that later repeal date in section 2-3-1203(20)(a)(IV).

Amends section 25-4-2206 to change the commission's repeal date from September 1, 2023 to September 1, 2029.

Implements the 2022 sunset report recommendation by the Department of Regulatory Agencies to continue the commission.

Takes effect 90 days after final adjournment unless a referendum petition is filed, in which case it requires voter approval at the November 2024 general election.
