Removes the state noxious weed advisory committee from the September 1, 2023 repeal date scheduled in Colorado Revised Statutes section 2-3-1203(14)(a)(III).

Extends the committee's authorization to September 1, 2034 by adding it to the list of advisory committees with that repeal date in section 2-3-1203(25)(a)(II).

Updates section 35-5.5-108.7 to reflect the new repeal date of September 1, 2034 and requires the committee to undergo sunset review in accordance with section 2-3-1203.

Takes effect 12:01 a.m. on the day following the ninety-day period after final adjournment of the general assembly, unless a referendum petition is filed, in which case voter approval at the November 2024 general election is required.
