Continues the Pesticide Applicators' Act by extending the sunset date from September 1, 2023 to September 1, 2034, requiring the Department of Regulatory Agencies to review the regulation before the new repeal date.

Establishes a searchable database of properties within 250 feet of residences with pesticide-sensitive persons registered; requires pesticide applicators to notify sensitive persons before treating nearby properties, with notice deadline of July 1, 2024.

Allows pesticide-sensitive persons to list residential, employment, and school addresses on the registry, which must be updated by registrants every two years and by the department annually.

Increases maximum civil penalties for violations from $1,000 to $2,500 per violation, with penalties doubled for repeat violations; redirects civil penalties to the general fund instead of the pest control cash fund.

Appropriates $72,150 each to the Department of Agriculture and the Office of Information Technology for fiscal year 2023-24 to develop and maintain the pesticide applicator credentialing database and searchable property database.
