Appropriates $67,254,584 to the legislative department for fiscal year 2023-24, consisting of $65,524,678 from the general fund, $90,000 from cash funds, and $1,639,906 from reappropriated funds

Allocates $23,171,758 to the general assembly (173.4 FTE), including $23,081,758 from general fund and $90,000 from print shop sales

Allocates $12,672,469 to the office of state auditor (81.1 FTE), comprised of $11,173,563 from general fund and $1,498,906 in reappropriated audit funds

Allocates remaining funds to joint budget committee ($2,730,454), legislative council ($14,707,340), and committee on legal services ($9,833,067), plus $4,139,496 for PERA amortization and supplemental disbursements

Anticipates approximately $168,000 return to the general fund during 2023-24 from civil action tax levy to offset statute revision expenses
