Amends Colorado Revised Statutes 39-3-122 to correct the expiration date for property tax exemption on agricultural equipment used in controlled environment agricultural (CEA) facilities from January 2, 2028 to January 1, 2028.

Agricultural equipment used in CEA facilities remains exempt from property tax levy and collection for a five-year period beginning January 1, 2023 and ending January 1, 2028.

Takes effect 12:01 a.m. on the day following the 90-day period after final adjournment of the general assembly, unless a referendum petition is filed, in which case voter approval at the November 2024 general election is required.
