State Treasurer shall transfer $12,600,000 from the Severance Tax Operational Fund to the Water Plan Implementation Cash Fund on June 30, 2023.

Water Plan Implementation Cash Fund now consists of sports betting revenues, the severance tax transfer, and any other money appropriated or transferred by the General Assembly.

All interest and income derived from deposits and investments in the Water Plan Implementation Cash Fund shall be credited to the fund.

General Assembly declares this act necessary for immediate preservation of public peace, health, or safety.
