Amends Colorado Revised Statutes 24-37.5-904 to add a new provision requiring the state treasurer to transfer $8 million from the Digital Inclusion Grant Program Fund to the Revenue Loss Restoration Cash Fund on June 1, 2023

The Digital Inclusion Grant Program Fund was originally created to receive $35 million from the Economic Recovery and Relief Cash Fund for broadband office grants

The transferred $8 million is redirected from the broadband program fund to support revenue loss restoration efforts

Includes a safety clause declaring the act necessary for immediate preservation of public peace, health, or safety
