Extends the Crime Prevention Through Safer Streets grant program appropriation of $10.3 million (FY 2022-23) to allow unspent funds to be carried forward and used without further appropriation until fully expended.

Changes reporting deadlines for grant programs from June 30, 2024 to August 31, 2023 and annually thereafter through 2026, with department summaries due to judiciary committees by October 1 each year.

Adds new eligible uses for law enforcement workforce grant programs including child care assistance, health screenings, equity and diversity training, school partnerships for internships and youth mentorship, and recruitment education campaigns.

Extends repeal dates for three grant programs from 2023-2025 to July 1, 2027, providing additional time for program implementation and reporting.

Requires any unspent behavioral health data-sharing appropriation ($3.5 million) not obligated by December 30, 2024 to revert to the American Rescue Plan Act fund, with obligated funds expended by December 31, 2026.
