Acknowledges that President Ronald Reagan declared March 21 as "National Single Parent Day" in 1984.

Notes that nearly 25 percent of U.S. families with children under 18 are single-parent families, encompassing over 10 million households and nearly 19 million children as of 2020.

Recognizes the dedication and achievements of single parents who face particular difficulties in raising children.

Directs that a copy of the resolution be sent to Janice S. Moglen, a longtime Colorado advocate for Single Parent Day.
