Cites August 2022 Department of Defense data showing 8.4 percent of active duty women (approximately 19,466) and 1.5 percent of active duty men (approximately 16,617) reported incidents of unwanted sexual contact in the prior year

Notes that 52 incidents of unwanted sexual contact were reported at the United States Air Force Academy in Colorado Springs during the 2021-22 school year, with increasing incidents reported at military academies nationwide

Acknowledges survivors who have persevered through trauma, established outreach networks, advocated for other survivors, and continued their service and daily responsibilities

Requires copies of the resolution to be sent to the Colorado National Guard Sexual Assault Response Coordinator, the Air Force Academy, Protect Our Defenders, and Hope After MST
