• Adds firefighters to the list of protected persons under Colorado Revised Statutes 18-9-313, which prohibits publication of personal information on the internet

• Extends existing protections previously limited to educators, code enforcement officers, health-care workers, judges, peace officers, prosecutors, and other public safety workers to include firefighters
• Takes effect at 12:01 a.m. on the day following the ninety-day period after final adjournment of the general assembly, unless subject to a successful referendum petition
