Recreates and reenacts Senate Bill 06-090 from 2006, which was repealed in 2013, requiring local governments to cooperate with federal immigration authorities and prohibiting sanctuary ordinances or policies.

Requires peace officers to report arrestees to U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement if they have probable cause the arrestee is not legally present in the United States, except for domestic violence cases.

Requires each local government to provide written notice to peace officers of their duty to cooperate with federal immigration officials and annually report the number of reports made to ICE by March 1 each year.

Prohibits local governments that violate these provisions from receiving grants administered by the Department of Local Affairs.

Repeals three existing Colorado laws that protected courthouse access, prohibited probation officers from sharing information with federal immigration authorities, and banned state and local contracts for immigration detention services.
