• Appropriates supplemental funding to the Department of Military and Veterans Affairs for fiscal year beginning July 1, 2023, amending Part XIV of Session Laws of Colorado 2023, chapter 474 (SB 23-214).

• Allocates $148,672,861 in total appropriations across four divisions: Executive Director and Army National Guard ($24,948,651), Division of Veterans Affairs ($6,697,678), Air National Guard ($3,926,532), and Federal Funded Programs ($113,100,000).
