Removes the Senior Dental Advisory Committee from the September 1, 2024 sunset repeal date in Colorado Revised Statutes 2-3-1203(15)(a)(IV).

Adds the Senior Dental Advisory Committee to the September 1, 2029 sunset repeal date in Colorado Revised Statutes 2-3-1203(20)(a)(VI), extending its authorization by five years.

Amends Colorado Revised Statutes 25.5-3-406(3)(a) to change the committee's repeal date from September 1, 2024 to September 1, 2029.

Takes effect 12:01 a.m. on the day following the ninety-day period after final adjournment of the general assembly, unless subject to a referendum petition filed by November 2024.
