Requires the Colorado Department of Education to create and maintain an online career support and pathways portal for educators, staff, school districts, charter schools, and educator preparation programs.

Portal must include access to career incentives, stipends, and loan forgiveness; career pathway information covering mentoring, coaching, and leadership roles; and a job posting and application system for hiring and job searching.

Local education providers and educator preparation programs must post links to the portal on their websites; Indian tribes and tribal organizations may access and use the portal.

Expands eligibility for the Educator and Retention (ERR) program to include applicants enrolled in teacher degree apprenticeship programs employed by Indian tribes or tribal organizations, and applicants pursuing special services provider licenses.

Establishes reporting requirements for the ERR program beginning January 1, 2025, with annual reports to the General Assembly on total applicants, apprenticeship educators, special services providers, and qualified participants receiving financial assistance.
