• Extends the sunset date for the Veterans Assistance Grant Program from September 1, 2024 to September 1, 2031.

• Removes the program from the September 1, 2024 repeal schedule and adds it to the September 1, 2031 repeal schedule in Colorado's sunset law.

• Requires the adjutant general to adopt rules for identifying underserved veteran populations (including women veterans) and prioritize allocating program funds to improve access to services for underserved veterans.

• Mandates the Department of Military and Veterans Affairs include in annual reports information about criteria used to identify underserved veteran populations and how program funds were allocated to meet their needs.

• Transfers all unexpended and unencumbered funds remaining in the program to the general fund on August 31, 2031.
