• Extends the repeal date of the Underfunded Courthouse Facility Cash Fund Commission from September 1, 2024 to September 1, 2035
• Removes the commission from the list of agencies scheduled for repeal on September 1, 2024 in Colorado Revised Statutes 24-34-104
• Adds the commission to a new schedule for repeal on September 1, 2035, with that scheduling provision itself repealing on September 1, 2037
• Implements a recommendation from the Department of Regulatory Agencies' 2023 sunset report
• Takes effect 90 days after final adjournment of the general assembly, unless subject to a referendum petition filed by November 2024
