• Extends the sunset date for Colorado's charitable gaming licensing program from September 1, 2024 to September 1, 2031, continuing regulation of bingo, raffles, and pull-tab games by the Secretary of State.

• Renames the "Colorado bingo-raffle advisory board" to the "Colorado charitable gaming board" and reduces membership from nine to seven members with restructured appointment authority, including a Secretary of State designee.
