Creates the wildfire evacuation modeling grant program within the office of emergency management to award grants to eligible recipients (common interest communities and not-for-profit community organizations) for conducting wildfire evacuation modeling and generating reports.

Requires grant reports to include evacuation times, maps showing primary and secondary evacuation routes with identified refuge areas, and other relevant metrics for the geographic area being modeled.

Operates initially as a pilot program with limited eligible recipients approved by the office; applications accepted until June 30, 2025.

Creates the wildfire evacuation modeling grant program cash fund and authorizes $120,000 transfer from the general fund to the fund on August 15, 2024.

Requires the office to submit a report to legislative committees by December 1, 2025, including program overview, grant amounts and uses, and recommendations on program continuation beyond the pilot phase.
