Appropriates $73,587,761 to the Colorado legislative department for FY 2024-25, consisting of $71,784,409 from the general fund, $90,000 from cash funds, and $1,713,352 from reappropriated funds.

Allocates funding across six legislative entities: general assembly ($24,534,063), office of state auditor ($13,644,368), joint budget committee ($2,944,915), legislative council ($17,444,682), committee on legal services ($10,557,073), and PERA amortization disbursements ($4,462,660).

Appropriates funding based on specific FTE (full-time equivalent) staffing levels ranging from 20.7 FTE for the joint budget committee to 173.4 FTE for the general assembly.

Provides $50,000 from the general fund for the youth advisory council cash fund for FY 2024-25.

Amends the prior year (2023-24) legislative council appropriation to include $29,000 that can be reappropriated to FY 2024-25 if unexpended by July 1, 2024, for new legislator orientation and official functions.
