• School districts must post information on website about school capacity by grade level (updated every 12 weeks), student eligibility criteria, and transportation resources, with information available in English and Spanish or other languages spoken by significant populations.

• Department of Education must submit annual reports to legislature, governor, and state board by March 1 each year containing enrollment data disaggregated by ethnicity, disability status, English learner status, free/reduced lunch status, and homeless status.
