• Establishes deceptive trade practice prohibitions including use of bots to exceed purchase limits, unauthorized use of venue/event names in domain names or website designs, and misleading fee disclosures.

• Requires clear disclosure of total ticket costs including all ancillary fees at the time of purchase, with limited exceptions for sales tax, delivery fees for physical tickets, and timeout-related price increases.

• Exempts tickets offered free by charitable organizations and those from season ticket package priority rights from resale restrictions.
