The Department of Education and Division of Youth Services retain their January 15 deadline for submitting caseload-related supplemental appropriation requests to the Joint Budget Committee

Takes effect 12:01 a.m. on the day following the 90-day period after final adjournment of the general assembly, or upon voter approval if a referendum petition is filed
