Increases the initial property tax exemption application fee from $175 to $200, adjusted annually for inflation or deflation based on the Denver-Aurora-Lakewood Consumer Price Index.

Increases the annual exemption report fee from $75 to $110, adjusted annually for inflation or deflation.

Increases the late filing fee for annual reports (filed after April 15 but before July 1) from $250 to $300, adjusted annually for inflation or deflation.

Requires the administrator to round all adjusted fee amounts upward or downward to the nearest five dollars.

Effective July 1, 2024, and applies to all forms and annual reports filed on or after that date.
