Repeals the COVID Heroes Collaboration Fund and transfers all unexpended and unencumbered money from the fund to the General Fund on July 1, 2024.

Eliminates the requirement that implementation and administration costs be paid from the COVID Heroes Collaboration Fund, shifting responsibility to the General Fund starting with fiscal year 2022-23.

Repeals subsection (1)(k) of section 24-50-104 effective July 31, 2024, which created the fund through a $7 million transfer on June 16, 2020.

The Colorado Partnership for Quality Jobs and Services Act will continue to operate under General Fund appropriations rather than the dedicated COVID Heroes fund.
