Requires the State Treasurer to transfer $1,496,000 from the College Opportunity Fund to the General Fund on June 30, 2024.

The transfer provision is added to Colorado Revised Statutes Section 23-18-202.

The transfer authority is repealed effective July 1, 2025, making this a one-time transfer.

Includes a safety clause declaring the act necessary for immediate preservation of public peace, health, or safety and for state department and institution support and maintenance.
