Appoints Robin Jones as Chief Clerk of the House of Representatives for the Second Regular Session of the Seventy-fourth General Assembly.

Appoints nine additional House officers including Assistant Chief Clerk, Journal Clerk, Reading Clerk, three Enrolling Clerks, Chief Sergeant-at-Arms, and one Sergeant-at-Arms.

Appoints six additional Sergeants-at-Arms, five Assignable Clerks, one Legislative Secretary/Aide-Intern Coordinator, and four students each from Arrupe Jesuit High School as Front Office Information Clerks and Visitor Aides.

Appoints Majority and Minority leadership staff including chiefs of staff, policy directors, communications directors, and various policy analysts.

Appoints two employees serving both the House and Senate as Print Shop Courier and State Services Front Office Clerk.
